The Board of Directors have the pleasure of submitting this Annual Report for the Financial Year ending 31.12.2006.

Putting in mind that the Board had started the job from 1.7.2006 according to the approval of the General Committee meeting held on 4.5.1427 (31.5.2006), in selecting the new Board of Directors for the period (9) and for three (3) years.

We have been checked the Finance lists of Saudi Automotive Services Co.(SASCO). 
As it in 31.12.2006 and lists of income and lists of Shareholder dues for the year ended

prepared from company according to the article No. (123) from Saudi's Company System
